FAQ's

When is Support Available?

We are available from 9-5 Monday to Friday but we do monitor our accounts beyond those hours and during the weekend and normally respond to anything urgent during those times as soon as we can.

What happens if the request is not covered by the Care Package?

If the request is more than your care package covers we will notify you and put together a quote to complete the work discounting the website care package support time already paid for.

How are support requests submitted?

All requests need to be sent to us via email so that we can ensure your request is dealt with. We are happy though to have a chat over the phone to go through anything with you and sometimes we may call you to make sure we understand the request.

Is there a minimum Contract Period?

No. You can cancel at anytime and we will stop your package at the end of the month or we can can freeze the account during times when you do not need the care package service. If you have paid for the year upfront there will be no refund on remaining months.
